Also exhibited were the checks cut by the Yankees to the Red Sox for Babe Ruth over 90 years ago, endorsed personally by Harry Frazee. June 19th, 2010 - Newbury, Mass. - Lou signed copies of The T206 Collection: The Players & Their Stories at the Beer, Baseball, and Barbeque Dinner at the Spencer-Peirce-Little Farm in Newbury, Ma. on Saturday Night June 19th from 6:00 - 9:30pm. This multi-course dinner paired eight brews from Ipswich Ale, Cisco Brewing Company, and Sherwood Forest with innovative barbeque dishes from Tennessee’s Barbeque including their award-winning Memphis ribs, pulled pork, and chicken. After dinner Brian Sheehy showed how brewers and base ball worked together in the past, and we met the members of the Essex Base Ball Club, who play with 1861 rules.

Saturday featured a Vintage Base Ball presentation and clinic by Brian Sheehy and members of the Essex Baseball Club.
